Once your pre-order is placed, you’ll have two ways to bring your piece to life:
• Join us during our next TikTok Live and build your necklace in real time
• Or schedule a private design session for a more personalized experience

Return Policy
Because each item is custom-made just for you, all sales are final. This means we’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.
That said, we want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please reach out to us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details. Once approved and the item is returned, we’ll happily issue store credit for the value of your item.
A few quick notes:
- We’re unable to offer store credit for requests made after the 10-day delivery window
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
